Prepayment: The total price of the reservation may be charged any-time after booking.

Cancellations: Rates are refundable unless stated otherwise. Marriage/negotiated group bookings do not come under these terms.
In case of Non-Refundable Rate – The total amount will be charged at the time of booking. There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances. On no-show the total price will be charged.
In case of Refundable Rate – No questions asked cancellation up until 48hrs before your stay. Within 48-24hrs 50% of the booking amount will be charged. Within 24hrs 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
Confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings/ group bookings: 20% of the total expected amount at the time of the confirmation of the booking. Remaining amount to be settled the day before the wedding/booking. Any extras can be settled post the event/stay.
The not so fine print: Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days and will be refunded only to the same method used for payment. Cancellations for booking paid by card/online may incur up to a 5% charge for processing fees.
